Our team will verify your purchases and period of consumption of the product, after which we will give a full refund of the purchase value (excluding discounts that were availed at the time of purchase) into your Plix Pocket wallet.
To receive a refund in your Plix Wallet, you must fulfil the following requirements:
You should have used the product regularly for 30 days as per the directions to use/ recommendation of our nutritionist (free diet plan) without any break in between (consistency is key).
We will validate the order numbers, dates & nutritionist plans to ensure you are eligible for this refund.
